Mauro Berruto has graduated in Philosophy at the University of Torino with a Master Degree in Cultural Anthropology result of an ethnographic research field tested in Madagascar, and he has been a professional volleyball coach for 25 years. After a long experience in the Italian Championship of A1 League, in Greece and in Finland (for 6 years CT of the Scandinavian national team brought to its best results ever) he has become the CT of Italian male national Team, from 2010 to 2015, with whom he won the bronze medal at the London 2012 Olympic Games. His coach experience and his passion for storytelling brought him to be a requested keynote speaker with the goal of fascinating and inspiring audiences in Italy, Europe and the world. He wrote two novels: Andiamo a Vera Cruz con quattro Acca (Bradipolibri Editore) and Independiente Sporting (Baldini & Castoldi Editore) that became also a theatrical piéce entitled SPORTING. Collaborator and author for RAISPORT, he joined as commentator the ‘Domenica Sportiva’, season 2015/16, on-air on Rai2 every Sunday at 11.30pm and ‘Dribbling’, season 2016/17, on-air on Rai2 every Saturday at 1.30pm. Several journalistic collaborations such as, since September 2015, the ‘Senza Rete’ column, published every Wednesday in the third page of the daily newspaper ‘Avvenire’. In 2013/2014 he has been President of ‘Destinazione Sport’, appointed directly from the Prime Minister Enrico Letta, a worktable in collaboration with the Premiership, the CONI and the Ministries of Health, Public Education and Sport. Since 2016, on assignment of Alessandro Baricco, Oscar Farinetti, Carlo Feltrinelli and Andrea Guerra, he is the CEO of the ‘Scuola Holden’, the most prestigious European school of Storytelling, whose headquarter of 4000 square meters in Torino, welcomes daily 350 students that want to become storytellers. Since January 29th, 2018 he has also become the Technical Director of Olympic national teams of Archery.

Steve joined ICDP as Managing Director in March 2010, but has links to the program going back to its formation in 1994. He has worked extensively in the distribution area with cars, commercial vehicles and agricultural products, primarily in Europe, but also in developing markets. Prior to joining ICDP, Steve was Chief Executive of LDV Group and Chief Operating Officer of GAZ International until December 2007, when he left due to his wife's illness. During his tenure there, he led a turnaround of LDV, recruiting new dealers in the UK and launching export markets in Belgium, France, Netherlands and Spain. He also introduced new channels for remarketing of used vehicles and a branded daily rental business. From 1985-2004, he was one of the leaders of the A.T. Kearney global automotive practice, working with manufacturers, suppliers and distributors in Europe, America and Asia. He led the development of the IndeGo "next generation car company" concept which incorporated a number of fundamental changes to the distribution model on both new car supply and aftermarket customer relationships, many of which we now see coming to market.

He has over 25-year experience in the car industry, having completed a Doctoral study into the evolution of distribution chain structures in the European car market, and leads ICDP's public policy work, advising members and other key industry actors on developments in the legislative environment governing the selling, marketing and use of vehicles at the national and pan-European levels, with the Block Exemption a major focus of attention. Passionate about early motoring and motorsport in particular, he enjoys running a collection of vintage and classic cars.
