Human Resources Director, biAuto Group
35 years of experience in the world of HR with the enthusiasm and curiosity of the first day always. But also the awareness of how today 'doing human resources' is not only an activity of daily business life but also a social responsibility. Because the focus of HR consists not only in the identification of the best professional talents who, with their experience and sensitivity, are the added value of a company that wants to make a difference in the market, but also in the constant enhancement of the human capital already present in the workforce, that is, those workers-actors who, involved in the strategies of the company, feel part of a common project, of which they have immediate tangibility, which cannot do without their contribution. After 30 years in Seat-Pagine Gialle then Italia On Line with increasing levels of responsibility in the HR area and now, in a second professional life, in BIAUTO GROUP, a consolidated and dynamic premium automotive company present between Piedmont and Liguria with 16 locations and more than 400 employees, Veronica Turra is Director of Human Resources reporting directly to Ownership. But she is also the mother of two teenage daughters who tell her about the youthful world in constant turmoil. In her HR team, where being well is combined with working industriously, often ahead of the times, together with her own team of specialists in recruitment, training, payroll administration, welfare and people & culture she carries out her project, which refracts a specific corporate identity, to make the BIAUTO GROUP the place where human resources (the key word for Veronica is: resources) can enthusiastically and with a sense of belonging plan their future. Personal and Professional.
