Additionally, Laura serves as POLIS' Just Transition Co-coordinator, ensuring the promotion of the Just Transition Agenda throughout the network's activities. Laura holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a master's degree in Transportation Systems from the Technical University of Munich. Before joining POLIS, she completed a traineeship at the European Commission (DG MOVE), working within the Sustainable and Intelligent Transport Unit.

Andrea Crespi, who graduated in economics from 'La Sapienza' University in Rome (1993), made his debut in the automotive business at Ford in 1995, where he began his professional career with roles of increasing responsibility in the different sectors of finance, after sales, sales and marketing. In the course of his experience, he also held positions at international level, becoming Marketing Director After Sales at Ford Europe's headquarters in Germany in 2007. Subsequently, he was entrusted with the management of the Vehicle Personalization division. Four years later, he returned to Ford Italy, gaining top-level experience first as Sales Director (2011), then as Marketing Director. He joined Hyundai Italia in 2013 in the role of Managing Director. In August 2022 he was appointed President. This is the first time in our market that this role has been entrusted to an Italian manager.
